Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you want to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Alternatively you can call Customer Services on 01553 811000 and place your order verbally over the phone

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. If you decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, either by letter or you can Fax or E-Mail (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise). You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, and return them in the original packaging.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

All orders are subject to a Postage and Packing cost within the UK mainland. The shipping cost will depend upon the weight of the item's ordered, and once your location has been selected will be displayed at the checkout. Orders over £0.01 will be shipped carriage free.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order to the UK within 2 working days, although please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Overseas deliveries please allow upto 7 working days for delivery. If delivery on a certain item cannot be delivered in this timescale, we shall contact you as soon as possible.
If delivery of any goods ordered is expected to exceed 7 working days, we shall notify you using the contact details you supplied when ordering. Please therefore allow 7 working days for delivery.

The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation e-mail. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments, depending on size and availability.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 15th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, products include a 15% VAT charge.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or contacted by phone with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a minimum of 2 years warranty unless stated otherwise.

Maxview Ltd does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

If an item has been supplied incorrectly, or is damaged, please contact us for an RMA and to discuss the best means of return.

If you want to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. We shall refund the cost of the goods, providing the goods are in perfect resaleable condition. We do not reimburse postage costs in this instance.

In all cases, returns authorisation (RMA) MUST be granted by us prior to returning goods

Remittance Terms All orders placed online must be paid for before we despatch your order. Trade customers paying by invoice must return payment within 30 days.

Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of processing your order by us. Upon successful receipt of payment, your order data (delivery address and goods requested only) will then be passed for shipment. If payment is submitted by cheque and some items ordered are not yet available, your payment will be taken upon shipping the first part of your order. Any back-orders will automatically follow, with payment already received.
